Online Auction Purchase Pickup, Packing and Shipping

Won the lot, but cannot collect, pack and ship it yourself?

Quote Pack Ship helps winning bidders arrange pickup from auction houses in Broward County, then packs the item for its trip. Send the lot details, pickup deadline, photos and destination so we can help you plan the next step.

Won an auction lot that needs collection?

Start with the auction house address, paid-lot details, release contact and destination.

Photos sent by text are a separate contact channel and do not attach to the online estimator.

Before the deadline

Make sure the auction house is ready for QPS.

Auction pickups often have firm dates, appointment rules and loading instructions. A few early confirmations can prevent a missed trip or storage charges.

Identify the exact lot

Send the lot or invoice number, current photos and the number of pieces. If you won several lots, list each one so nothing is overlooked during pickup.

Confirm it is ready

Complete payment and ask for paid-in-full or release confirmation. Make sure the auction house knows QPS will collect the lot and give us the name and number of the auction pickup contact.

Share access details

Tell us about appointments, check-in procedures, parking, gates, stairs, elevators and loading instructions. Also include the final pickup deadline—not just the auction closing date.

Packing the purchase

Catalog photos help, but the item guides the packing.

Auction pieces can have delicate edges, loose components, projecting details or several parts that need individual protection. Clear photos and measurements help us prepare, but we choose the final packing approach after seeing the item.

Depending on the piece, preparation may include wrapping, cushioning, a fitted carton, custom crating or pallet preparation. The packed size and destination help determine the next shipping step.

How it works

From winning bid to packed shipment.

Pickup times may be available as late as 9 PM, depending on QPS availability and the auction house’s hours.

1

Send the lot details

Text photos, the lot or invoice number, approximate size, pickup address, deadline and destination ZIP code to (954) 824-5481.

2

Connect the pickup contact

Give us the contact person’s name and number, available appointment times and any loading instructions.

3

Review the quote

We look at the item, access, packing needs, timing and destination. If information is missing, we will ask before scheduling.

4

Pickup and pack

Once the item is ready and the job is approved, QPS collects it and completes the agreed packing and shipping preparation.

Before you schedule

Finish the auction arrangements first.

Settle questions about payment, condition or the sale directly with the auction house. QPS does not pay the auction house and does not authenticate or appraise the item. Our job begins with the pickup and packing details.

Check that the lot number, number of pieces and pickup location are correct. If you need particular condition photos or confirmation that accessories are included, ask the auction house before pickup.

Please noteSome restricted items cannot be accepted. Size, weight, access, deadline, packing needs and destination can also affect whether QPS can take the job. Quote Pack Ship is a pickup, packing and shipping company—not a moving company.

Questions winning bidders ask

Online auction pickup FAQ

These answers cover the information customers usually need before arranging collection.

Can QPS pay the auction house for me?

No. Complete payment directly with the auction house and obtain any confirmation they require before pickup.

What should I send for a quote?

Send photos, the lot or invoice number, approximate dimensions and weight, auction pickup contact, pickup deadline, access notes and destination ZIP code.

Can QPS check whether the item is genuine or complete?

QPS does not authenticate or appraise the item. Ask the auction house about condition, authenticity, missing parts or catalog questions before pickup.

Can I text photos of the lot?

Yes. Text photos and job details to (954) 824-5481. Include the lot number and pickup deadline so we can keep the request clear.

Can every auction purchase be picked up and shipped?

No. Some restricted items cannot be accepted, and a tight deadline, difficult access, very large size or unusual packing needs may affect whether QPS can help. Send the details as early as possible.
