The seller will release the item—but will not pack or ship it.
Quote Pack Ship helps buyers arrange pickup of an item from an online seller in the Broward area, then reviews the item for packing and shipping preparation. The sale and payment stay between buyer and seller.
The seller will hand it over. QPS can take it from there.
Use the estimator to share the pickup address, seller contact details, item size and destination.
Photos sent by text are a separate contact channel and do not attach to the online estimator.

The listing photo does not tell you how the item should travel.
Once QPS receives the item, its actual dimensions, construction, loose parts and fragile areas guide the packing review. The appropriate path may involve cushioning and a carton, fitted protection, a custom crate or pallet preparation.
The packing decision is made from the physical item and the shipment requirements—not from the seller’s willingness to provide a box.
Start with the handoff, not the shipping label.
If an online seller has agreed to release an item locally but does not want to find materials, build a box or arrange a carrier, QPS can review the pickup and packing request. The buyer first completes the purchase arrangements directly with the seller. QPS then needs enough information to decide whether the physical job fits.
Is the seller ready to cooperate?
A usable name, phone number, address and pickup window matter. The person at the location must know QPS is coming and must be willing and authorized to release the item. If the parties are still disputing payment, ownership, condition or access, the logistics request is not ready.
Can the item leave the location?
Share stairs, elevators, gates, parking, loading restrictions and whether the item has detachable pieces. Large dimensions at the listing stage do not show whether the item fits through a doorway or can be handled at the agreed pickup point.
What happens after pickup?
QPS reviews the item for packing, packed dimensions and the available parcel or freight-preparation path. A quote is based on the actual scope; a seller’s estimate of size or weight may not be enough to finalize it.
Turn a seller handoff into a shipping request.
Include the order or listing description, the seller’s release instructions and the destination so the handoff can be reviewed before pickup.
A pickup request works best when each handoff is clear.
This is a practical sequence for buyers who are not near the seller and cannot collect the item themselves.
Send current information
Share photos, approximate measurements, known weight, pickup city, destination ZIP code and any deadline set by the seller. Mention glass, loose parts, unusual finishes or visible damage without asking QPS to judge the purchase.
Connect the release person
Provide the seller’s contact details only after the seller agrees. QPS must be able to confirm timing, location access and who will hand over the item.
Review and approve the scope
QPS asks the questions needed for pickup and packing, then provides a quote or explains what is still needed before scheduling.
Pickup, pack and prepare
Once the seller hands over the item, QPS collects it, selects the packing path and coordinates shipping preparation according to the packed item and available carrier requirements.
QPS handles pickup and packing, while you complete the purchase with the seller.
The buyer and seller remain responsible for the transaction, including payment, the listing, ownership questions, condition discussions and the decision to complete the purchase. Quote Pack Ship does not pay the seller, does not verify the seller and does not authenticate or appraise the item.
The seller or pickup contact must agree to the pickup, provide access and be reachable when QPS arrives. QPS reviews the location, item information, access and destination before confirming whether the request fits the service.
