Bought it at an estate sale but cannot collect, pack and ship it yourself?
Quote Pack Ship reviews pickup, packing and shipment-preparation requests for specific purchased items at an agreed Broward-area location. Start after you have completed the purchase and the sale pickup contact confirms the items are ready.
Need help after an estate-sale purchase?
Tell QPS what you bought, where the sale is located, when it can be released and where it needs to go.
Photos sent by text are a separate contact channel and do not attach to the online estimator.
The sale is complete. The physical handoff still needs a plan.
Estate sales often require buyers to remove purchased pieces during a specific window. QPS can help when the buyer cannot collect, protect and prepare the item alone.
Identify the purchased pieces
Send current photographs, the number of separate pieces and approximate dimensions. Describe glass, removable parts, delicate surfaces and anything the sale operator says affects access without asking QPS to judge condition.
Confirm the handoff
The buyer completes payment and confirms the pickup rules and pickup time with the sale operator. QPS needs a sale pickup contact who can confirm the location, pickup time and practical access.
Plan the pickup and packing
Photos, access details, the destination and the deadline help QPS plan the pickup and recommend packing, crating or pallet preparation.

Several purchased pieces may require separate protection.
A group of decor, glassware or household pieces can include different shapes, weights and fragile areas. Different shapes and fragile areas may need different wrapping, cushioning and spacing inside the carton.
QPS looks at the pieces and where they are going. Preparation may include individual wrapping, cushioning, fitted protection, cartons, custom crating or palletizing.
Start the estate-sale pickup request.
Add item photos or descriptions, the sale contact and the pickup window so packing and access needs can be reviewed.
Four checkpoints keep the estate-sale handoff clear.
The sale operator’s deadline and access rules still control when an item can be released. Evening pickup may be available, depending on availability and the sale pickup time.
Send the item details
Text photos, approximate measurements, pickup city, destination ZIP code, estate-sale pickup deadline and the sale operator’s contact information to (954) 824-5481.
Confirm payment and pickup
The buyer completes the transaction directly. The sale operator confirms the sale pickup contact, pickup window, parking, stairs, elevators and loading instructions.
Confirm the job details
QPS reviews the item and access details, provides a quote and asks any remaining questions before scheduling.
Pickup, pack and prepare
Once the sale pickup contact hands over the items, QPS completes the agreed packing and shipping-preparation work.
QPS helps with pickup and packing after your estate-sale purchase.
Complete the purchase with the sale operator and settle any questions about the pieces before pickup. QPS does not pay the seller, appraise or authenticate an item, or inspect it for the buyer.
The sale pickup contact should know QPS is coming, have the correct pieces ready and provide access at the agreed time.
Estate-sale purchase pickup and packing FAQ
These answers clarify the request before QPS reviews a specific purchase.
Can QPS collect an item after the estate-sale deadline?
QPS cannot change the sale operator’s deadline or access rules. Send the available pickup times so QPS can check the schedule.
Can QPS appraise, authenticate or inspect the purchase for me?
No. QPS reviews an accepted item for pickup and packing purposes only. It does not appraise or authenticate the item or inspect it on the buyer’s behalf.
Does QPS handle whole estates or remove unsold contents?
No. This page concerns specific purchased items. QPS does not provide whole-estate cleanouts, liquidation, moving, storage, donation pickup, junk hauling or organizing.
Can I text photographs of the items?
Yes. Text current photos and practical job details to (954) 824-5481. Photos sent by text remain separate from the online estimator and are not attached to an estimator submission.
Can every estate-sale purchase be picked up and shipped?
No. Some restricted items cannot be accepted, and the item, access, deadline, size, weight, packing needs, destination or available shipment options may prevent acceptance.
